You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the address below. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

Please be aware that web sites that have links on our sites may also collect personally identifiable information about you through their own websites. The information practices of these web sites linked to GPR Repairs and provider/distributor partners, are not governed by this Privacy Policy. What these other sites do with that information is governed by the privacy policy for that site and not this policy. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy on any site you visit.

Information Requests
You may be able to request information on our sites regarding products and services, including technical support and customer service, by using online forms. We may ask that you provide certain contact information to allow us to fulfil your request and to send you information about GPR Repairs’ products and services.

Use of Information
The use of an individual’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address is necessary to provide our customers with quotations for repair work and invoices for work carried out which fulfils the lawful basis of legitimate interest under the General Data Protection Regulations.  These details will also be used for our records for the NHS test and trace service where customers need to be contacted regarding Covid-19.

GPR Repairs will not use personal details for marketing purposes without prior consent from our customers.

Please note that GPR Repairs use a third party to process card payments on our behalf and we do not store credit card details.  We do not permit those companies to use the gathered information for other than the stated purpose.

Some of the websites we host place small bits of text or “cookies” onto your computer’s hard drive. Cookies enable us to deliver content specific to your interests and keep track of your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our web sites. After you accept a cookie, it is passed from your browser to our servers each time you request a page.
