1. Agreement to any estimate provided by e-mail, verbal or telephone will be deemed as an acceptance by the customer for GPR Repairs to carry out repairs at the agreed time. Where new parts are required for the repair we will need to order these in advance of the agreed booking date. By agreeing a booking date, the customer agrees to be responsible for the cost of any parts that are non-returnable where the customer cancel’s the booking or does not bring the vehicle in for repair on the agreed date.

2. Extra work may be identified once the vehicle has been booked in for repair and if it becomes apparent during the course of the work that extra costs will be incurred to complete the repair to a satisfactory standard then the customer’s agreement will be sought prior to continuing with the repair.

3. It is the customer’s responsibility to make GPR Repairs aware of any previous repairs to the vehicle. In any case GPR Repairs accept no responsibility for previous repair work not completed by GPR Repairs, whether apparent before or during the course of any repair work.

4. GPR Repairs take no responsibility for any type of existing corrosion or rust to repaired panels.

5. All bodywork repairs carried out by GPR Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or incorrect application of repair products. Aftercare instructions will be provided by GPR Repairs, where applicable, after the repairs are completed and must be followed to ensure the durability of any repairs. Damage caused by the use of acid cleaners and brake dust corrosion is not covered under the guarantee for alloy wheel repairs. A copy of the original invoice is required for any guarantee work to be considered.

6. Where the customer parks the vehicle outside of the premises out of hours, in the event that they cannot drop the vehicle off or collect it during working hours, the vehicle is left outside at the owner’s risk. GPR Repairs cannot take responsibility for vehicles parked outside the premises out of hours.

7. Payment is required upon satisfactory completion of repairs. Payment must be received in full prior to the vehicle being released. Please note that GPR Repairs use a third party to process card payments on our behalf and we do not store credit card details. We do not permit those companies to use the gathered information for other than the stated purpose.
